Our client is an established IT Consulting company and they are hiring a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in AI and Virtual Assistant (VA) implementations to join the team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successfully completing complex projects and a demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire new technological skills.
Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
You will be tasked to write JavaScript code and utilize AngularJS/React frameworks or Service Portal/UI Builder.
Employ SOA technologies such as REST and SOAP.
Utilize HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Develop object-oriented and modularized software.
Lead technical development and influence critical technical decisions during project delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Over 2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with AngularJS/React or Service Portal/UI Builder.
Expertise in JavaScript coding, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.
Knowledge of SOA technologies such as REST, SOAP.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies and LLM models is a bonus.
Proven experience in coding and software development.
Successful track record of completing complex projects on time.
Experience as a key technical resource in solution development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
