Little Mountain is in search of a stellar Assistant General Manager who will help write our story from day one.  We're looking for a natural leader who believes in the power of hospitality to create unforgettable moments and brings both operational excellence and genuine warmth to everything they do. Our ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has a passion for training, loves a good pre-shift, and gets excited about service every single day. If you're someone who sees both the art and the science of hospitality – from making each guests experience special to having perfect menu notes and daily documents so your team is always prepared – we want to meet you. 

The need to haves:

• Experience in, and a love of, great restaurants — fine dining, fast casual, anywhere in between. 
• A natural talent for leadership and a genuine passion for helping your team, as individuals and a whole, grow and succeed.
• A knack for training dream teams - you're the kind of person who can spot talent, nurture it, and create an environment where people love coming to work
• A head for numbers and a heart for hospitality
• The ability to stay cool as a cucumber when the heat is on 
• A true passion for exceptional service that becomes contagious among your team
• Experience with labor laws, food safety, and important compliance and regulations
• Excellent communication skills across all levels (staff, ownership, guests, vendors)
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills

The nice to haves:

• A love of wine and beverages - whether you're a certified sommelier or just passionate about learning
• A food journey that might include culinary school, time in kitchens, or adventures meeting farmers and producers
• Experience with special events and private dining management
• A genuine passion for sustainability and supporting local producers
