Job Description

A successful and locally recognized hospitality group is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager . The Assistant Restaurant Manager will not only be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while on the floor, but also for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new guests. Assistant General Manager Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a similar position
Ability to lead by example with attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Staffing and Performance Management
Mentoring and Development
Strong beer and spirit knowledge

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

Coaching and development of service team
Establish service and performance standards, leading by example
Review restaurant results and create an action plan to address any opportunities
Touching tables during service, ensuring positive guest experiences
Collaborate with the management team to create a successful and efficient operation
