• Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts, including e-filings.
• Draft trial and hearing documents.
• Stay current with developing case law.
• Conduct research and prepare memorandums.
• Provide case analysis and strategic recommendations on active matters.
• Manage document control and data management in production and discovery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice in Oklahoma.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a trial attorney.
• Ability to take direction, communicate effectively with clients, and handle responsibilities with confidence.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
