As a Florida Licensed Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal research, writing, and advice to our clients, while ensuring legal compliance in all areas of operation. 1. Represent clients in court, before government agencies, and at arbitration proceedings.
2. Conduct pretrial proceedings, including discovery, motions, and expert depositions.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and trial briefs.
4. Manage all phases of litigation from initiation to resolution, including trial preparation and trial.
5. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a variety of legal issues.
6. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advice.
7. Ensure all actions, from trial preparation to legal advice, are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
9. Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and presentations.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Florida with good standing in the Florida Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including trial experience.
4. Proven experience in expert depositions, court appearances, and jury trials.
5. Exceptional case management skills, with an ability to handle a high caseload efficiently and effectively.
6. Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and the preparation and drafting of legal documents.
7. Demonstrated knowledge of legal compliance and the ability to provide sound legal advice.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
10. Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team.
11. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
