About the Role
As an Audit Manager, you will conduct financial statement audits and attest engagements for prestigious CPA firms across the United States. This position offers both part-time and full-time projects, typically lasting between 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should have:

Public accounting experience within the past five years
A Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Accounting
A valid CPA license
Proficiency in:
US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards
Must be a resident of the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the wrap-up and review after audit fieldwork, including finalizing work papers and checklists
Reviewing draft financial statements and related audit documents
Reporting audit findings to stakeholders
Training and developing team members
