Job Description: Video Production Team for SXSW Panels
Location: SXSW, Downtown Austin, TX
Dates: Saturday, 3/8: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Panel at 11:30 AM)
Monday, 3/10: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Panel at 10:00 AM)
About the Role: We are looking for a videographer/Video Editor to record and edit two panels during SXSW this weekend. Each panel is 1 hour long, and you will have access to the greenroom up to an hour before the sessions. SXSW will handle the audio setup, including mics and soundboard connections.
Key Responsibilities - Record two SXSW panels, capturing discussions for post even content
- Use an audio recording device plugged into the soundboard for high-quality sound capture
- Edit the recorded content to create both short social media clips and a long-form video for our website
Qualifications - Experience in video production and editing
- Ability to manage audio recording equipment and ensure high-quality sound
- Familiarity with social media content creation and long-form video editing
Additional Information - SXSW will provide mics and soundboard connections
- You will need to bring your own camera and recording equipment
- The panels will be recorded by SXSW for audio only
- you will be responsible for video recording
