As a Cashier at InterCambio Express Inc, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional customer service to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, verifying identification, and assisting customers with their needs. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Verify identification of customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information on money transfer services
• Assist customers in filling out forms and completing necessary paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any customer concerns or issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash registers
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely
