In order to have received this honor, the facility must be "High-Performing" in short term rehab, long-term care, or both! Starting wages: $20/hr and up, based on experience!

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time: 32hrs per week: 11:00PM - 7:00AM

As a CNA at Tudor Oaks:

• You'll work with a team committed to providing residents with high-quality care
• Promote daily living for our residents at their highest functioning level (ADL's)
• Participate in developing and executing resident care plans, support residents in social events and activities and help to create a healthy lifestyle for residents.

What You Need:

• Personable, friendly, outgoing attitude; willing to collaborate and foster a team environment!
• Current, valid CNA license within the state of WI
