Job Description

Title: Change Manager- IT Change Portfolio
Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary
Design and deliver best fit change management strategies and initiatives to ensure our people are able adopt changes to ways of working and sustain those changes to achieve the expected outcomes/benefits throughout a 2-year program of IT infrastructure change.

Work with IT professionals and business change network to equip them with the knowledge and tools to deliver change interventions on behalf of their stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

The main assets required to be successful in this role are effective leadership skills in:
- Change management in the commercial finance industry or within the wealth management industry.
- Experience of working for a CTO Leadership team or managing change within a digital and technology capability/
- Full lifecycle business change management delivery from scope to adoption review.
- Change management intervention delivery across a change workstream portfolio
- Portfolio change impact mapping across a timeline
- Leading groups to drive business outcomes.
- Developing and motivating individuals.
- Progress reporting.
And a proven successful track record in a similar position:
- Creating best fit change strategies and plans that meet all the requirements of the particular change challenge.
- Leading and influencing change in a complex commercial environment, delivering change that was adopted and met the desired outcomes / benefits.
- Managing and implementing fit for purpose, high quality business change methodologies and tools with a demonstrated ability to adapt and tailor to meet the needs of different regulatory, business and customer requirements.
- Making quality decisions based on a mix of analysis, experience and judgement.
- Managing mixed role change networks.
- Establishing and maintaining trust and strong positive relationships at all levels to enable highly effective across team collaboration.
A relevant business qualification is desirable ie PROSCI or CMI
