Job Title: Clinical RN Manager

Position Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Shift: Mon – Fri (8am - 5pm)

Salary Range: $132K - $158K/Year + Full Benefits

Job Description:

The Clinical RN Manager is accountable for the delivery of high-quality ambulatory clinic care including maintaining efficient clinic operations. Under the direction of the Clinical Services Director (CSD), the Clinical RN Manager is organizes and directs the day-to-day operations within the clinic, oversees the clinic staff, and carefully coordinates clinic workflows to ensure effective clinical services are provided.

Some basic information about the position:

• Must have an active RN License for CA state and BLS (AHA).
• Must have 3 years of experience of managing RN, LVN, MA and or MC.
• Must have 3+ years of experience working in ambulatory care, outpatient, or complex care settings.
• Must have experience working/operating in a clinical environment.
• BSN is required, Master’s will be preferred.
• 4 rounds of interview with last round of on-site panel interview (Expenses will be covered for a non-local candidate)
