Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Engineer (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cloud architecture solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provision configure and manage cloud resources using tools like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Create scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment monitoring and management processes.
Implement security measures to protect cloud resources and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Monitor cloud performance identify issues and optimize resources to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with software developers system administrators and IT teams to support application deployment and maintenance.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture processes and best practices.
Diagnose and resolve cloudrelated issues providing support and guidance to team members as needed.
Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and trends recommending improvements and innovations to enhance our cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in cloud engineering or related roles with a strong focus on cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
Proficient in cloud services (compute storage networking) containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Understanding of cloud security best practices and frameworks (e.g. CIS NIST).
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Relevant cloud certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
