What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership & Planning:

Collaborate with our visionary team to refine and execute our company's strategy, shaping our long-term vision and guiding our marketing initiatives.
Develop innovative marketing and branding strategies, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive our brand forward.
Utilize consumer data to create engaging and consumer-centric brand experiences across multiple channels.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:

Lead the execution of strategic marketing campaigns, highlighting our unique value proposition and positioning our brands as industry leaders.
Prioritize data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
Harness the power of digital marketing to engage our audience and foster a vibrant community of wine enthusiasts.
Product & Market Innovation:

Drive innovation across all channels, spearheading new product development and expanding our portfolio.
Foster a culture of creativity within our team, creating compelling campaigns and branding opportunities.
Develop strategies to attract new customers and enhance the experience of our loyal consumers.
External & Internal Communications:

Assist in crafting our brand's narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, organizing internal events and communication to support our team's success.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, solidifying our reputation and brand value.
What Will Make You Stand Out:

15+ years of strategic marketing leadership experience, ideally in the luxury/lifestyle or beverage industry.
A proven track record of driving growth and enhancing brand equity.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships.
