As a Leadership Enablement Consultant with Empower, you will motivate and develop the leadership team to embrace a strong learning culture and management strategy across Empower Personal Wealth. You are responsible for assisting in the development of strategic training plans and executing leadership curriculum to onboard and improve the productivity of the organizations leadership level employees as well as continued education for existing administration.

What you will do

  • Collaborate on engaging and interactive training materials for Empower Personal Wealth leaders in close partnership with HR and instructional design teams (presentations, videos, training manuals, classroom activities, and other materials needed to deliver trainings etc.)

  • Conduct new hire management orientation, best practices training, enforce organizational standards and overall management expectations

  • Facilitate learning solutions, prepare plans according to adult learning theory and provide a high-impact interactive environment

  • Identify learning needs within Empower Personal Wealth leadership unit

  • Develop and implement learning curriculum that is consistent with current trends and best practices

  • Collaborate with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components

  • Work with stakeholders to review existing training materials and tools, and capture additional training information and document as needed

  • Consistently evaluate leadership training gaps within the Empower Personal Wealth department (material, delivery methods, length of training, refresher courses, etc.)

  • Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and design team

  • Performs other duties as assigned in relation to supporting Empower Personal Wealth departments

What you will bring

  • Bachelors degree in related field

  • 5 years minimum of experience directly related to training and development

  • FINRA Series 7 and 24

  • FINRA fingerprinting

  • Knowledge of the market space, concepts, competitors, trends, and related industries, with a passion to continue learning

  • Ability to excel in a team environment which emphasizes cooperation and mutual respect

  • Ability to present to both small and large audiences of both peers and senior leaders

  • Financial services experience preferred

  • Exceptional written & spoken communication skills are imperative

  • Outstanding proven ability to develop, maintain and deliver high-quality training and presentations

  • A confident, dynamic, engaging manner in conversation and presentation formats

Base Salary Range

$84,000.00 - $118,575.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
