The ideal candidate should be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter who can work on their own, be detail-oriented, and have good communication and organizational skills.

Desired Background:

* 5+ years of experience with mergers & acquisitions, corporate formations, corporate maintenance, securities filings, state filings
* Stock issuances, drafting basic LLC agreements and corporate resolutions
* Word, Excel, iManage, Adobe Standard, Lexis/Nexis, and Westlaw.
* A paralegal certificate or equivalent is preferred
* Experience with all corporate forms and entity formations with state required
