Corporate Paralegal
Full-Time | Hybrid

A leading corporate law firm providing top-tier legal services to businesses of all sizes is looking for a Paralegal to join their team.

Position Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys in corporate transactions, entity formation, and regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with entity formation, maintenance, and compliance filings.
• Draft corporate documents, including bylaws, resolutions, and agreements.
• Support M&A transactions and due diligence.
• Maintain corporate records and manage cap tables.
• Research corporate governance laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate transactions and compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
