What You'll Do
Review and sort data to identify relevant information.
Correct errors and organize data for efficient entry and retrieval.
Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets.
Input and update data into the appropriate databases promptly.
Ensure all data is securely backed up.
Notify the appropriate teams about any discrepancies or errors.
Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy access.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work with focus and accuracy for extended periods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in touch typing is essential.
