We are a family-owned dental practice that has been in business for over 40 years. We've experienced significant growth in the last six years and have invested in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental facility. We are moving into the new space in late August 2024.

We are laser-focused on customer service and creating a patient experience that cannot be found at any other dental practice.

Role Description

This is a full-time (Monday-Friday), on-site role as a Dental Office Manager at Boulder Dentistry Co., the office of Dr. David Britt and Dr. Dominique Rivera, in Boulder, CO. The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle patient inquiries, and ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to work in a privately owned, productive, supportive, and successful practice with a seasoned team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in Dentrix, Dental Intel and other practice management software
