What You Bring:
Dental Industry Expertise : Minimum 5 years in an Office Manager position, experience within the dental industry.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record of mentoring teams, delivering training, and driving high performance.
Customer-Focused Approach: Dedication to maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring every patient feels valued.
Strong Organizational Abilities: Keen attention to detail, ability to multitask, and proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools).
