Job Description

LHH is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the North Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of digital marketing experience in a B2B setting. This is a fully onsite opportunity at our clients office in the North Dallas area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and to support new product launches
  
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns
  
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and performance analysis
  
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
  
• Create compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that aligns with brand voice and messaging
  
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices
  
• Utilize marketing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  
• Ability to work onsite in the North Dallas area

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
