Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Optimize and monitor paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and performance.
• Manage and grow email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Conduct SEO audits, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, and improve the website’s ranking across search engines.
• Create and curate content for social media, blogs, and other online platforms to engage our target audience.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce digital assets such as graphics, videos, and written content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Track, measure, and optimize key performance metrics (KPI) such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing paid search (PPC) and SEO campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
