Location: Maryland (Baltimore/DC/Annapolis) Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 (up to $105,000 for top talent)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for projects.
Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Work closely with project managers and subcontractors.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 2-10 years in estimating.
Background: Preferably from industrial painting and coating or niche subcontractors (like electrical). General Contractor experience is less preferred.
Mindset: Open to learning and adaptable.
Top Talent: Up to $105k for leaders who can thrive.
