What are we looking for in our Executive Administrative Assistant ?

Russell Tobin's client, a technology company is hiring for an Executive Administrative Assistant to work onsite in Redmond WA three days a week!

The main function of an Executive Administrative Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office.

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid
Location: Redmond WA (3 days a week onsite)

Pay rate: $38-$44/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

Required experience:

High school diploma or GED required.
2-4 year's experience required.
Minimum 2+ year's experience with Outlook
Minimum 2+ year's experience with Word, and Excel.
Minimum 2+ year's experience with PowerPoint
