American multinational technology company is looking to hire a contract Executive Assistant!

Location: New York, NY / onsite

Contract: 6 Months

Pay: $20-27/ hourly

The company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors in Advertising Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and schedules for Directors.
• Prioritize a high volume of information and requests, ensuring appropriate urgency is applied.
• Monitor and track Directors' meetings, priorities, and emails.
• Act as a proxy for Directors when necessary.
• Manage travel arrangements and expenses for Directors.
• Handle all administrative support functions for the office.
• Manage multiple tasks and action items, including documentation, follow-up, and preparation.
• Ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables for Directors.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to make smart, timely decisions.
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations requiring quick response or turnaround.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.
• High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals both inside and outside the company.
• At least two years of college required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Executives.
