We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the President. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate clear communication between the President and various departments, stakeholders, and international partners.
• Support executive decision-making by conducting research, managing projects, and preparing reports.
• Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements, including extensive travel between the U.S. and China.
• Act as a cultural bridge, assisting with cross-cultural communication and providing language support as needed.
