Responsibilities:

Support healthcare professionals with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating telehealth visits.
Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, or online chat, assisting them with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations.
Coordinate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to verify coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and process claims efficiently.
Assist with remote monitoring and follow-up care for patients with chronic conditions, tracking vital signs and ensuring medication adherence.
Provide administrative support to the remote healthcare team by preparing documents, updating spreadsheets, and organizing virtual meetings.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and comprehensive support for patients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a healthcare or administrative support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
Empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.

Available Shifts and Compensation:

We offer flexible shifts throughout the week, with compensation ranging from $25.00 to $40.00 per hour.
