**Job Opportunity: Bilingual Healthcare Representative**

**Location:** Remote, with a requirement to reside south of Miami Airport, Florida

**Compensation:** Starting at $17 per hour, with an increase to $18 for bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English

**Work Hours:** We offer two shifts to accommodate various schedules: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for these hours is essential.

**Employment Type:** This position begins as temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire, contingent upon your performance and attendance record.

**Position Overview:**

As a Bilingual Healthcare Representative, you will play a vital role in our team by handling inbound and outbound calls to assist members with their healthcare benefits. Your responsibilities will include addressing consumer inquiries and issues, educating members on the status of their documents and requests, and striving to meet performance goals in areas such as efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with the ability to handle objections and build a strong client base through empathy and effective listening skills.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
- Previous call center experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Prior experience in sales or benefits is ideal
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Goal-driven and detail-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check
