Dean's Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and people-focused HR Benefits Consultant to support a major hospital system in Houston, TX.

What You'll Do:

* Manage relationships with benefit plan partners and oversee vendor performance
* Facilitate contract negotiations, renewals, and service-level agreements
* Coordinate fully outsourced benefit services and streamline operational processes
* Integrate benefit programs with other HR functions for a seamless employee experience
* Track ROI, performance guarantees, and provide leadership with ongoing reporting and updates
* Serve as a key support to the Total Rewards team - including invoicing, emails, calls, and project coordination

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ( Required )
* 2+ years of direct benefits experience in a healthcare or large corporate environment
* Strong knowledge of benefit plans, legal compliance, and healthcare regulations
* High-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Proficient in project management, vendor coordination, and data analysis
* Confident working with leadership at all levels - from employees to executives
* Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), with familiarity in HRIS and healthcare systems preferred
