Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Candidate Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and candidate logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Onboarding and New Hire Orientation:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating new hire orientation.
- Ensure new hires have the necessary tools, resources, and information to acclimate to their roles and the organization.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Assist with HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and personnel file maintenance.
- Employee Relations Support:
- Provide support to HR Manager in employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting roles, with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and employees.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
Additional Requirements: - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
