We are looking for a Junior Event Manager Trainee to join our growing team! This entry-level role is designed for a highly organized, motivated individual with a passion for event planning and management. As a Junior Event Manager Trainee, you will work alongside experienced event managers and coordinators to learn the ins and outs of event planning, execution, and management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and develop essential skills for a successful career in event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing promotional, and charity events
• Collaborate with the events team to develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets
• Support in managing event setups, break-downs, and day-of coordination to ensure smooth execution
• Participate in client meetings, helping to capture and document client needs and expectations
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies
• Assist with marketing and social media efforts for event promotions
• Collect and analyze feedback after each event to improve future planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both team members and clients
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks
• Creative thinker with an eagerness to bring fresh ideas to event planning
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for event execution
