Responsibilities

•Create and execute engaging lesson plans and activities suitable for pre-kindergarten students.
•Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, and academic development.
•Perform assessments to monitor student advancements and maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers.
•Collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff to enrich the educational curriculum and school community.
•Keep abreast of the latest trends in early childhood education and actively engage in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
•Previous experience equalling at least 2 years working with young children in a classroom setting
•Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for preschool-aged children
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans
