Job Description:
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist / Social Worker / Clinical Counselor, you will play a key role in providing compassionate and effective care to individuals, families, and groups. You will utilize your expertise in clinical interviewing, assessment, and therapeutic methods to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Your ability to diagnose, assess, and intervene in crisis situations will be essential to supporting patients through their mental health journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment and recovery plans for patients and their families.
Engaging in intake interviews with patients and family members to gather comprehensive medical, social, and mental health histories.
Providing crisis intervention, case management, referrals, and other mental health services as needed.
Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to review patient cases, treatment approaches, and progress.
Developing individual and group treatment plans to address a range of mental, emotional, and family issues.
Continuously assessing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records to track client progress and treatment goals.
Qualifications:
A Master's degree from an accredited institution in fields such as marriage, family, and child counseling, marital and family therapy, social work, psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
Required Licensure:
Current, active licensure in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $90,000
