Job Overview:

In this role, you'll provide critical support through clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions for individuals and families. Your expertise in clinical interviewing, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management will be vital in ensuring our clients receive the care they need. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients, gathering family, social, medical, and mental health histories to create tailored treatment and recovery plans.
Provide crisis intervention, case management, referrals, and other mental health services to individuals and families.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to review client cases, discuss treatment strategies, and share progress updates.
Develop and implement individual and group treatment plans to address a variety of mental health concerns.
Continuously assess and adjust treatment plans to ensure progress and effective care.
Maintain detailed and accurate clinical case histories to document treatment progress and facilitate diagnostic evaluations.
Stay up to date on best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
Active and current licensure in the state of Georgia as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
