Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manager, Client Services to lead a talented team of healthcare coordinators and drive operational excellence. This role provides a unique opportunity to combine healthcare expertise with leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As the Manager, you will be responsible for guiding both entry-level and senior-level coordinators, ensuring high standards of client service and smooth operational processes. Your experience in care coordination will be critical as you collaborate with clinicians and researchers to optimize healthcare outcomes and streamline service delivery.

This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to make a real impact from anywhere within our business operation states.

What You'll Do:
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of coordinators, offering support, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure top-quality client service and operational efficiency.
Client Interaction: Oversee and manage client relationships, ensuring personalized and timely assistance while addressing complex healthcare needs.
Collaborative Care: Partner with clinicians and researchers to coordinate care solutions and provide seamless client experiences.
Operational Management: Ensure smooth execution of key services, including scheduling, billing support, and coordination with physician offices and concierge services.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and refine processes to enhance service delivery, ensuring thorough follow-up and action item completion.
Strategic Input: Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement within the client services department.
What You Bring:
Leadership Skills: 1+ years of experience leading a team, demonstrating strong leadership and team development abilities.
Healthcare Experience: 2+ years of experience in care coordination, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Operational Savvy: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Client-Centric Mindset: A positive attitude, innovative thinking, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and capable of leveraging digital tools to enhance operations and client services.
Education: A college degree (BA or BS) is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 - $85,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO, and more. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as experience, location, and other business considerations.
