Overview: Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for sports and marketing? Our team is looking for a Marketing Intern to assist with various content creation projects and promotional activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional sports marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Content Creation: Assist the marketing team in developing engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Photo and Video Shoots: Participate in and help organize player and promotional photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality production.
- Photo Editing: Utilize the Adobe Suite to edit photos and videos, creating visually appealing and professional content.
- Graphic Design: Support the design of marketing materials and graphics, contributing to the overall visual strategy.
- Social Media Management: Aid in managing social media accounts, including creating posts, monitoring engagement, and implementing social media strategies.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the marketing team to support ongoing projects and campaigns.
Learning Objectives: - Gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.
- Develop skills in photo and video production, including editing and graphic design.
- Learn how to effectively manage social media platforms and engage with audiences.
- Understand the workflow and collaboration required in a professional marketing team.
- Enhance your creativity and technical skills using industry-standard tools like the Adobe Suite.
Requirements: - Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, or journalism.
- Familiarity with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for sports and a desire to learn about sports marketing.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in content creation, photo/video editing, or social media management is a plus.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
Intern positions are unpaid during the week and paid on game nights. Unpaid intern positions can, and have, lead to paid internships, paid part-time positions and paid full-time positions.
