Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Support the Marketing Department with assigned tasks related to research and analysis, lead generation, pricing, demand planning, CRM database administration and other areas deemed appropriate by the Marketing team.

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with Marketing team to understand databases/systems and their applications.
  • Assist in revenue tracking along with market demand research and forecasting.
  • Facilitate daily activities to support data processing and production of standard reporting.
  • Communicates with colleagues to understand and document team objectives.
  • Support the Customer Relationship Management system administration along with lead generation.
  • Perform market and product research to help increase market share.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Marketing Analyst and/or Marketing team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma and pursuing a degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business.
  • Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite) required.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Technical aptitude a plus.
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze it, and provide recommendations.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Maintains integrity and trustworthiness.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Duties are primarily performed in an office environment while sitting at a desk or computer terminal. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand walk, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Duties may take the incumbent onto the shop floor for extended periods of time to resolve issues or locate/coordinate orders. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Environmental requirements include working indoors in a high noise level and humid environment.
