Position Overview:

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote document management role. This position involves managing and organizing important files, preparing informational packets, and maintaining accurate records, all while ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and organize files and documents
Prepare and assemble packets of information
Maintain spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
Work with confidential health and insurance information
Answer inbound calls courteously and professionally
Perform audits to ensure the accuracy of medical records and files
Create charts and graphs for data analysis and presentation
Administer insurance claims and related processes
Details of the Position:

Start Date: January 2025
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to become permanent
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $18/hr, depending on experience
Qualifications:

Proficiency in EHR Systems for managing electronic health records
Experience with Epic Software for healthcare-related tasks
Strong auditing and data management skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in creating charts and graphs for effective data representation
Experience with claim administration processes and managing insurance claims
