Unarmed Security Supervisor HOTEL, ROOFTOP, RESTAURANT | Hollywood | Night Life - Full Time  

Phoenix Private Security is looking to hire an experienced Security Supervisor who can work Full Time in Hollywood, in a diverse tourist-centered night life Hote, Rooftop, Restaurant establishment centered on Customer Service, Access Control, Public Safety and Security team leadership. 

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our on-duty security officers adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism and performance.

Must be willing and available to work weekends, from afternoon to late night.

Responsibilities:

Inspect officers' uniforms, equipment, and general appearance to ensure they meet the company's professional standards.

Verify that security officers follow established protocols, including access control procedures, patrolling routines, incident reporting, and emergency response protocols.

Provide on-site guidance and support to security officers, addressing any policy violations, performance issues, or training needs.

Document observations and findings accurately, preparing detailed reports for each site visit.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and update company policies, procedures, and training materials based on identified compliance gaps or emerging industry trends.

Coordinate with the Human Resources department to ensure that security officers receive the necessary training and certifications to meet job requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the security industry or a related field within a leadership role is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of security practices, policies, and procedures.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail to assess officer performance accurately.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with security officers, clients, and the management team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize the site's operational needs.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and software for documentation and report writing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Verifiable Night-Life Experience as a supervisor
• A valid government-issued driver’s license and a clean driving record is a MUST.
• Valid Guard Card issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, such as long periods of standing with a professional posture.
• Have excellent ENGLISH verbal and written skills. And excellent Communication skills.
• Available weekends and nights

Be height/weight proportional, have a neat, professional appearance, and have the ability to pass a physical fitness screening.

Have access to reliable transportation and a track record of being ON-TIME to work.

A cell phone that receives text messages and has access to the internet as well as an email address

Availability, Pay, & Perks:

• We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment. 
• $23-$25 per hour depending on experience as supervisor (must be variable) 
• Security Agents typically work as needed 32-50 hours a week. The team leader would be expected to work any day.  A modified Schedule may apply as needed.

Experience:

• Verifiable Night-Life experience: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
