Qualified candidates must reside in Washington, D.C./MD/VA metro area and in-office work operations required minimum two to three (2-3) days a week.
This is a legal technology, e-Discovery position requiring experience with specific software such as Relativity, Case Dynamics Case Map, Text Map, IPro.

Pay Rate Information
This position is exempt from the Service Contract Act Wage Determination Registry with an hourly pay rate of $47.50 an hour.
Service Contract Act, or SCA, position pay rates are determined by the U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

Upon completion of six (6) months of employment, annual salary between $100,000 and $110,000 as a permanent full-time employee with the federal contractor, based on qualifications and experience.

- with the potential for annual extensions through May 31, 2027
- preference for placement/transfer as federal contract employee after six (6) months employment with C&C International
In-Office Work Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week, two (2) 15-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch, except for federal holidays, unless otherwise stated
Remote/ Telework Hours of Operations: possibly Monday-Friday required availability 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., selected candidate to have reliable internet access and computer capability to communicate via government network such as desktop or laptop. Agency may provide laptop for travel requirements.

e-Discovery Project Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum four (4) years of progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience on major litigation support projects, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing and eDiscovery support activities
Requires expert knowledge of litigation support; outstanding writing skills; excellent oral communication skills; and excellent management skills
Must be able to anticipate litigation support needs and develop and execute detailed plans for addressing those needs
Requires knowledge of the government's data processing environment in which the work is to be performed, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, and internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as but not limited to Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, and Trial Director
Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information, ESI tools and knowledge of e-Discovery

- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.

e-Discovery Project Manager
Responsibilities/Duties:
This is a “hybrid” position, with onsite work operations between two to three (2-3) days per week, at the decision of federal personnel such as Contracting Officer or Representative.
The Project Manager will be responsible for more than one active case at a time; a caseload of six to ten (6-10) "moderately active, moderately sized cases” typical, with cases in various stages of litigation support such as discovery, document review, in trial, and/ or deposition preparation such as compiling witness binders
Manage all aspects of Relativity cases
Manage Case Map / Text Map databases
Provide technical input into Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, Rule 26 Duty to Disclose, General Provisions, Governing Discovery, paragraph (f) - conferences regarding planning for discovery process
Extremely large or active cases may reduce the number of other cases handled by a Project Manager
The Project Manager will have frequent contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), government Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and sometimes even opposing counsel
Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work is delivered on time
The candidate must be able to travel to support trials; travel time with prior notification, approximately 5% total of work operations
