What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in handling complex personal injury cases, including brain injuries, insurance bad faith claims, wrongful death, and other catastrophic injuries. Location: While this is a remote position, candidates must be located in or near the King County East Side for occasional in-person case/trial support and staff meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth legal research and analysis on a variety of complex personal injury cases
Organize and manage large case files, including medical records, witness statements, and other critical documents
Draft and file essential legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and courtroom logistics
Manage the discovery process, scheduling depositions, summarizing documents, and preparing privilege logs
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, opposing counsel, and experts
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure all deadlines and court rules are followed
What You Bring:
At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal in complex personal injury litigation
Current experience with e-filing in King, Pierce, or Snohomish counties
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery documents
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the skill to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with legal research databases and case management software
