Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate RN or LPN to join our team. As a family-owned company, we're dedicated to providing the highest level of Home Care in New Hampshire. Description of the role: 360 SHS seeks a Per Diem Nurse to join our Bedford, New Hampshire team. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide direct patient care on an as-needed basis. The position offers a competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $40 per hour. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care
Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
