Title: Administrative Assistant in Retail /PLM Admin Assistant (Retail) - Hybrid

Location: Naperville, IL

Hybrid or On-Site: Hybrid - Just a couple of days in a month

Description

The Administrative Assistant performs tasks as necessary to support the Transitions team. They execute administrative and routine functions that support product disposition including disposition type, coding, SKU listing and compliance.

Retail background preferably with PLM( Product Life Management) experience or buyer experience (Required)

Core Job Responsibilities

• SKU maintenance: Ensures the Add/delete form is complete with disposition. Responsible for updating and supporting disposition maintenance at the brand level (POP Portal) and item level (in PIM) for all skus per buyer's direction including disposition codes and markdowns.
• Operational support: Provides operational support with high attention to detail, communication visibility to operations of category transitions, and ability to troubleshoot, root cause and problem solve.
• Logistics: Initiates RTV/DIF and follows up with brand/buyer for RA number.
• Execute clearance markdown cadence assigned at the buyer's direction.
• Values: Exemplifies client's core values within a role.
• Client Values are quality and timely decision-making, continuous improvement, collaboration, accountability, coaching and developing, planning and prioritizing, and communication.

Requirements for Consideration

• Experience: 2 yrs. Exp in the retail industry is required and Knowledge in the Product lifecycle is required

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in Excel (Required)
• Retail background preferably with PLM( Product Life Management) experience or buyer experience (Required)
