Plumbing Foreman

Position Overview
The Plumbing Foreman will oversee plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves managing a team of plumbers, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing crews on job sites.
• Plan and schedule plumbing work to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
• Manage inventory of plumbing materials and equipment on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of plumbing installations and repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other trades to facilitate workflow.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plumber with a strong knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a foreman.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
