Plumbing Foreman/Supervisor job at Gpac Irving, TX, US

Job Description

Plumbing/Piping Foreman responsible for managing the top quality layout, installation, and change-out of Commercial Plumbing systems, and equipment.

Must have good troubleshooting skills, be excellent listeners with the ability to follow instructions efficiently and have an aptitude for developing mechanical skills and retaining knowledge about process and systems.In addition they should have their own tools if they are a foreman. This job requires the use of various tools to assemble or repair plumbing systems, so applicants need to have the mechanical skills to know which tool is right for the job, and how to use it properly.

Candidate will need to be able to work well with their managers and listen to instructions, as well as talking and explaining issues to customers/front office staff, strong communication skills are a must for this job

Skills

* 10+ years' experience in commercial plumbing
* Ability to oversee up to 15 team members
* Must have a Journeyman License or higher
* Experience in projects up tp 3 Millon Dollars
* Must have experience with schools and municipal projects
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
* Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
