Pay Rate : $23.50/HR

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Office Location: Allen, Texas - OnSite

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager with a background in property management or paralegal work to join our team. The ideal candidate will support a major US wireless communications provider by delivering comprehensive Network Lease Administrative support. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive Network Lease Administrative support for a major US wireless communications provider.
• Ensure all documentation required by the client is organized, up-to-date, and accurately maintained.
• Communicate updates and provide necessary documentation to landlords and property owners via email.
• Assist with processing documents, ensuring they are correctly entered into appropriate databases.
• Identify and correct inaccurate or missing data fields to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications:

• Legal or paralegal experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in property management or real estate.
• Familiarity with lease agreements and related documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
