Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a beautiful and state of the art 65-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues.  Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for a Psychiatric Triage Registered Nurse RN position.

The Cedar Creek team is focused on mental health care and quality treatment. The Intake/Triage Nurse obtains initial clinical information and comunicates with our physician team regarding admission and patient care. The RN will also complete a clinical evaluation and will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. They also provide information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.

Hours:

Part Time, Night Shift, 2 12-hour shifts per week.

Intake/Triage Registered Nurse Experience:

Registered Nurse RN, licensed in the State of Michigan required.

Experience in mental health or psychiatric treatment preferred.
