**Recruiter - temp to perm $20HR-$25HR**
NYC based non - profit organization seeking in - house recruiter to assist Recruiting Manager. Responsibilities include:
1. Answering phone calls
2. Calling and conducting pre-screening for potential candidates
3. Conducting reference checks
4. Assisting with onboarding sessions
5. Submitting job postings on National Labor Exchange Job Bank or other sites
6. Assisting with necessary recruitment related follow-up, i.e. contacting managers, directors, etc.
7. Attend job fairs and career fairs assisting with recruiting efforts.
Therefore, we are looking for someone with good interpersonal, office and computer skills. Please confirm what the rate would be to secure a temp for this role.
