At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining a global hospitality company? If so, our client is hiring a Reservations Consultant!

What You'll Do:

• Assist members- specifically our Key Clients to achieve their holiday requirements by providing sales and service advice, which will ensure the achievement of individual, team and departmental targets and benchmarks.
• Responsibilities:
  • (Group in related activities and document key actions and outcomes required).
  • Undertake inbound and outbound call activity as directed.
  • Achieve Service Levels as outlined by Member Services Mmgt including; adherence, service levels, acceptance levels and quality assurance; as directed.
  • Achieve revenue targets and service benchmarks as set by Member Services management.
  • Ensure relevant documentation is accurately completed and delivered to members in a timely manner.
  • Process transactions, including Weeks, Points and Travel, accurately through to completion •
  • Actively participate in team meetings, teambuilding activities and industry functions and events as required.
  • Any other duties as required and directed.

What You Bring:

• Proven customer service skills and experience.
• Timeshare industry knowledge highly regarded.
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations.
• A willingness and ability to learn new products and systems.
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Work well as part of a team, as well as individually.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including Saturdays as required.
