Location: Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX
Multi-Year Contract Responsibilities:
- Program Management Services provided by GC shall include, but not be limited to:
- Developing and reporting on project status, Construction GC scorecard, progress, cost, schedules, alarms, resolution plans, and forecasts for services.
- Ensuring commissioning, integration, quality control and optimization activities comply with established standards.
- Hosting meetings, notifying the VZW representative of any jeopardy to schedule.
- Validating compliance with systems tools and data uploads including FUZE and IOP.
- Support, track, coordinate migrations, commissioning, integration and optimization activities.
- Supplier will coordinate drive test team resources.
- Log in and out of the site with the Verizon IVR process (FAST).
- Create and upload the COP into the database of record FUZE, with the following documentation: Acceptance test plan (ATP) and COP (include Screenshots showing no alarms and live traffic in USM).
- Supplier will perform 5G mmWave sanity check post 4G anchor migration.
- GC to leverage Internal tools such as Fuze, IOP, xLPT and others to ensure optimal performance.
- Responsible for all alarm clearing and validations until such time as the site meets the acceptable KPIs, and operational responsibility transfers over to Verizon.
- GC to generate Configuration files from IOP (vendor Portal)
- Converting from DSS to Clean LTE for SNAP sites, per sub-market direction
