Job Title: SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $35 per hour
Duration: 12 months

We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Reporting Analyst / Sales Support professional to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. What You'll Do

Provide sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, including pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and target pipeline analysis.
Assist the sales team with customer service and sales operations tasks, such as order follow-ups, sample arrangements, handling technical inquiries, and managing payment tracking.
Act as a lead catcher by vetting leads, performing initial quoting, and updating information in the CRM (C4C).
Support the commercial team with opportunity management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Work within SAP to manage data mapping, new material/customer setups, and approval processes for sales-related activities.
Manage small-volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts, supporting account managers in monitoring and nurturing growth.
Provide assistance with marketing communications logistics as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!).

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: Work onsite in our Pittsburgh office three days a week and remotely for two days.
